Side extension, detached garage and drive. Cedar cladding to rear extension (also built by SM Build) and on the garage to match. Property renovated throughout.
L-Shaped Loft Conversion in Brislington.
L-shaped loft conversion which created two additional bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
Rear Extension in Long Ashton.
Glazed gable end, rear extension including structural knock through. Underfloor heating system in new screed floor, and Howdens kitchen supplied and fitted.
Home Extension in Southville.
Two storey rear extension creating an open plan kitchen/dining area on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms with Velux windows on the first floor.
Home Renovation in Stoke Bishop.
Mansard roof extension to incorporate additional master bedroom with en-suite. Reconfigured and refurbished existing main bathroom. Stripped and insulated existing roof then retiled using slate effect tiles offering a much smarter appearance.
Dormer Loft Conversion, Southville.
Dormer loft conversion creating a new double bedroom, separate shower room, snug and an office. Conversion finished using an enviroboard composite cladding.
House conversion
Sam and his colleagues converted our 3 bedroom house into a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom residence. From start to finish Sam organised the whole process. He and his team were professional, polite, hardworking and punctual. If any problems arose Sam dealt with them expediently, without fuss or extra cost. This made the whole process stress-free. Work was carried out to the highest standard and my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending him, in fact we will be calling on him shortly for some additional work.

Kitchen renovation
Sam did an excellent job on our new Kitchen and the new bi-fold door. It was quite a big job and has totally transformed our kitchen. Sam listened to what we wanted. Let us put our own personal touch to it and then applied his professional skills to put it all in place. Once we decided on what we needed Sam dealt with all the suppliers and trade specialists and project managed the whole job perfectly. Really please with the result.

Loft conversion
We would highly recommend using Sam following the great job he and his team did on our loft conversion. During the build Sam remained flexible and worked with us discussing options and allowing us to optimise space for our needs. We are particularly happy with the quality of the finish and attention to detail on the job. When issues did arise during the build they were fixed quickly and efficiently with minimal fuss.

I've used Sam and his team for a number of years for various home improvement work, ranging from installing a under stair toilet to a 2 storey side extension The quality and finish have always been excellent and communication good, making for a stress free build The costs and timing of any work is accurate with no hidden extras, so you know what you are getting in to. We are extremely happy with our extension that Sam and his team built for us last year. Sam project managed the build from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free for us. Before the build started, he gave us a detailed quote with all the costs in a breakdown and I'm happy to say he stuck by it and there were no hidden extras. All of Sam's team were polite and friendly when coming into our home. I would recommend each and every one of them. Most importantly the work done on our house was of top quality. I always appreciated how Sam advised us if/how he thought something could be improved/done better and was never made to feel like anything was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
